TopWinPH Terms & Conditions

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on TopWinPH, you expressly agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and TopWinPH.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the TopWinPH platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

TopWinPH reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to use TopWinPH, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of TopWinPH, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from TopWinPH or had your account terminated for violations of these Terms.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing wagers.

TopWinPH reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension or termination.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on TopWinPH. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update any details that change. TopWinPH shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Notify TopWinPH immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

TopWinPH shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — remains your responsibility until you notify us of a security breach.

TopWinPH supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Finance / Wallet section of the platform.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The funds being deposited are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any criminal activity.
• You are the authorized owner of the payment method being used.
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. TopWinPH reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within standard Philippine banking hours and may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

TopWinPH reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, TopWinPH will notify the player and may request additional verification.

All games available on TopWinPH — including Mines, Crash Bonus, Big Hammer, Arcade, Space Max, and 3 Gods Fishing — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by TopWinPH, its employees, or any player.

By participating in any game on TopWinPH, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Game outcomes are random and governed solely by the certified RNG system.
• Past game results have no bearing on future outcomes — each round is independent.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentages and multiplier ranges published for each game are theoretical long-term averages, not guarantees of individual session results.
• You are wagering your own funds voluntarily and accept the risk of losing your wager on any given round.
• You will not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or manipulate any game mechanic, software, or system on the platform.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, TopWinPH will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to your account balance. TopWinPH's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.

TopWinPH reserves the right to void any wager or game result where there is evidence of software exploitation, collusion, or any form of cheating. Winnings derived from exploited game mechanics will be forfeited, and the associated account may be permanently terminated.

TopWinPH may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free plays, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in Philippine Peso (₱) and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be played through before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• TopWinPH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.

TopWinPH reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player's wagering activity qualifies for bonus eligibility. Players who are found to be exploiting bonus structures through low-risk or systematic wagering patterns may have their bonuses voided.

TopWinPH is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. We provide the following tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations to prevent extended uninterrupted play.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently). During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or wager.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications during gameplay reminding you of the time elapsed and your net session result.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from the platform without permanently closing your account.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on TopWinPH. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are legally prohibited from participating in online gaming in your jurisdiction.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any TopWinPH software, game engine, or security system.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime using the TopWinPH platform.
• Colluding with other players or TopWinPH employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable under normal gameplay conditions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing TopWinPH staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate deposits made to your TopWinPH account.

All content on the TopWinPH platform — including but not limited to the TopWinPH brand name, logo, game graphics, user interface designs, software, text, and multimedia content — is the exclusive intellectual property of TopWinPH or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the TopWinPH platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any TopWinPH content without prior written authorization.
• Use the TopWinPH brand, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Create derivative works based on TopWinPH content or software.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the TopWinPH platform.

Any unauthorized use of TopWinPH intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us through the platform's support channels.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, TopWinPH, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server outages, or connectivity issues beyond TopWinPH's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, game statistics, or promotional material published on the platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures.

TopWinPH's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The TopWinPH platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and resolve technical issues promptly.

TopWinPH collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal information collected during registration (name, date of birth, contact details) is used for account management, identity verification, and regulatory compliance.
• Financial transaction data is processed through secure third-party payment gateways. TopWinPH does not store sensitive payment credentials on its servers.
• Gameplay data is collected for the purposes of game integrity monitoring, responsible gaming analysis, and platform improvement.

TopWinPH reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against TopWinPH without valid grounds.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.

You may close your TopWinPH account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided all verification requirements have been met.

Upon termination for cause, TopWinPH reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account, including deposits, winnings, and bonus credits, where such termination results from a violation of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with TopWinPH through our internal dispute resolution process:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a detailed description of your complaint to the TopWinPH support team through the platform. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours.
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: TopWinPH will conduct a thorough review of your complaint and provide a written response within 14 business days.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

TopWinPH's decisions on game outcomes, account actions, and bonus eligibility are final unless overturned through the formal dispute resolution process described above.

TopWinPH reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at topwinph.app/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made.

For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — TopWinPH will provide advance notice via email to your registered address or through a prominent in-platform notification. Your continued use of the TopWinPH platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
